At SpillHerTea, we want to make dating safer, smarter, and more respectful. These Community Guidelines are here to keep the conversation useful and fair. Every user must follow these rules when posting reviews, flags, polls, images, or comments.

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or account suspension/termination.

✅ What’s Allowed

• Honest experiences – Share your personal dating experiences and opinions.
• Respectful language – Keep posts focused on behavior, not insults.
• Relevant content – Only post content related to dating, interactions, and relationships.
• Constructive feedback – Use flags (Solid / Warning) and polls to guide, not attack.

❌ What’s Not Allowed

• Harassment or bullying – No name-calling, threats, or abusive behavior.
• False accusations – Do not post claims you know are untrue.
• Doxxing – Never post private info (addresses, phone numbers, workplaces).
• Sensitive images – No nudity, sexual content, or revenge porn.
• Impersonation – Don’t pretend to be someone else.
• Illegal content – No content that breaks the law (stalking, threats, discrimination, hate speech).

🔍 Reviews & Images

• Reviews must reflect your own dating interactions.
• Images uploaded for history checks or reviews must be used responsibly.
• Do not upload children’s images or unrelated private photos.

🧑‍⚖️ Moderation

Content is reviewed using both AI and human moderators.

We may remove or edit posts that violate these rules, even if not explicitly listed.

Investigations may take up to 60 days, but serious violations may result in immediate action.

📢 Reporting

If you see something that violates these Guidelines:

• Use the in-app Report feature.
• Our team will review and take appropriate action.

🚨 Consequences

Breaking these Guidelines may lead to:

• Content removal.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent account ban for repeat or severe violations.
